Services
PLM provides website design, development, managed hosting, automation, dashboards, marketing support, and related digital services as described in proposals, invoices, or written project scopes.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required content, account access, approvals, and payment according to the agreed project or service scope.
Payments
Payment terms may vary by project or recurring service. Work, launch, hosting, or support may be paused when invoices are overdue or required approvals are missing.
Ownership
Client-provided content remains the client property. Final deliverables become available according to the applicable agreement once required payment is complete, excluding third-party services or licensed materials.
Dashboard Access
PLM may provide dashboard or account access for project updates, files, support, invoices, and activity. Access may be limited to authorized users and can change as services evolve.
Limitations
PLM aims to provide reliable services, but websites, hosting, third-party systems, and internet services may experience interruptions or limitations outside PLM control.
